Major

Any issue that negatively impacts the product’s appearance, performance, or functionality, making it less marketable or acceptable to customers, and likely to lead the end user to request a return or replacement.

Minor

Any issue that may be noticeable or less than ideal to the end user, but does not affect the product’s appearance, performance, or usability in a way that would impact its salability or lead to a return.
